Srun Documentation

The Slurm command srun can be used to allocate an interactive job. There are certain options that can be combined for Slurm to follow as instructions.

The following compilers/softwares can be linked for srun or mpirun to be used: * srun * gcc/intel + mvapich2

* gcc/intel + openmpi

• mpirun

  • intel + intel-mpi

  • nvhpc + openmpi

• mpiexec and mpirun are symlinks for openmpi, intel mpi different
